As you may be aware, from tomorrow Royal Mail is increasing the cost of sending letters and parcels. Many courier firms have also increased their charges of late. Since we operate a postage by weight system, this will unfortunately mean that our delivery charges will also have to increase.

A minimum delivery charge is shown and updated as you add items to your basket so you don't need to check out before finding out how much it will cost. We also like to give our customers several delivery options, including a Next Day service for urgent requests. Sometimes it is better value to buy several small items as it may cost the same as shipping a single item.

Occasionally the postage may end up being less than expected, for example when sending thin items, as they may be classed as 'large letters'. If this happens we refund the difference to you as we don't like to over-charge on postage.
